Meet Sierra Morgan, Founder

My caregiving journey began 17 years ago. I know what it means to balance caring for someone you love with work, family, and your own needs—and how overwhelming it can feel when you’re expected to figure everything out.

I created Caregiver Compass Academy to share the education, tools, and encouragement I wish more families had before crisis. My goal is to help caregivers feel prepared, informed, and supported at every stage.
